Steve’s struggle with obesity and bullying began at a young age. As a child, he faced relentless teasing and taunting from his peers due to his weight. The hurtful words and actions of others took a toll on his self-esteem, making him feel isolated and unworthy. Despite the challenges, Steve persevered, finding solace in the support of a few understanding individuals, such as his best friend, his dad, and a few teachers.Throughout his teenage years, Steve’s battle with obesity and the emotional scars from bullying continued to impact his life. He faced the daily challenge of combating negative self-perception and societal pressures. However, as he entered his 30s, Steve made a conscious decision to take control of his health and well-being. He sought sustainable ways to lose weight and improve his overall health, focusing on feeling good and making healthy choices.Steve’s journey was not without its obstacles. He encountered setbacks and moments of self-doubt, but he remained determined to overcome them. Through perseverance and a commitment to his physical and mental well-being, Steve embarked on a transformative path. He discovered the power of self-love and resilience, gradually shedding the weight that had burdened him for so long.
After trying various diets and exercise routines, Steve struggled with constant hunger and hangry issues. He started with the Atkins diet and clean diet, but they were not ideal as he was constantly hungry every two hours. He also developed back acne as a result of drinking protein shakes. He then tried the ketogenic diet, carnivore diet, and intermittent fasting, and a carb-reload which eventually shaped his formulation of a diet that is sustainable for his clients. Steve’s diet has helped him overcome his hangry issues and has since helped over 1000 people with his nutrition guide to battle weight gain and reverse type two diabetes. Many of his clients’ doctors were surprised to learn that they have reversed their high cholesterol, hypertension, and diabetes and stopped their medication. Steve also invented his Layzfit Bow home gym system, which is a portable home gym that combines an ancient weapon with modern resistance bands.
